The surgeon controls them by means of a computer comfort instead of controlling the surgical instruments directly. The computer reads the surgeon’s hand actions and causes the surgical instruments to react accordingly. This system addresses the major difficulties to affecting the long surgical instruments manually. Computer manages of the surgical instruments basically removes the vibration results, and also the non-intuitive feel of direction.

As an effect, there are uprising concerns among the original companies and surgeons who performs the original open heart surgery.
